Welcome to Mr Raw Organic Shop Online. These are the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the website www.mrraw.com.au. By accepting these terms and conditions (including the linked information herein), and by using the Site, you represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement please do not access, register with or use this Site. Before you may become or continue as a member of the Site, you must read, agree with and accept this User Agreement and Mr Raw Organic Shop Online Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions. Any changes we make will be deemed to have come into effect on the date that they have been posted on the website. You are responsible for reading the terms and conditions. When you place an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
Online shopping
In order for us to deliver to you, you will need to become a member of the Mr Raw Organic Shop Online website. All your details will be treated with the utmost privacy and security.
We will require your delivery address, your contact and payment details. We will then give you an account number and ask you to set a password for your account. Please make sure your details are kept somewhere you can remember as this will help us to locate your account if you call or email us.
Once your account has been set up, you'll be able to view your order summary again in your 'shopping cart' page.
Online orders
All orders submitted through our www.mrraw.com.au website are confirmed by e-mail. No order should be deemed to be accepted without this confirmation. All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions. It might not be possible for us to accept orders for delivery to certain areas; in this case collection must be made from our warehouse or from a pre-arranged pick-up point.
All orders are subject to availability. Should any of the items be out of stock at the time of placing your order, you will be notified via email and we will suggest an alternative if possible. Alternatively you will be offered a refund for this item.
Delivery
Normal delivery times are 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday. The day of delivery will depend on where you live. We have different delivery days for different areas so please check the website for the days on which we can delivery in your area. You are always welcome to arrange for pick-up at our warehouse.
Delivery fee per one order is 10 AUD. We deliver to specific areas on pre-defined days. Your order must be placed before 5pm two days before the delivery day in order for us to be able to deliver.
Payments and delivery
We offer two methods of payments: online payment through our secure payment gateway using a Credit card (any Australian bank). We accept Visa and MasterCard. You can also pay using PayPal.
When you opt to make an online payment for your purchases, you will only be charged for the items which will be delivered. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the items purchased. We will contact you to confirm a delivery time and date, as well as your final order (should there be any missing items). A final confirmation email will be sent to you with the final amount and confirmed items to be delivered. This is the amount that will be charged from your credit card.
Any cancellations of orders paid for online need to be made in writing within 24 hours. Your card will then not be debited and the cancellation of the purchase will appear in your next bank statement.
Payment by cash or credit card on delivery (the customer needs to be present to sign the receipt).
If you are not at home, payment must be left in a secure place for the driver to collect, or with a designated person. Payment will still be requested if you are not available to collect your order. Prices quoted are in Australian dollars and all payments are to be made in Australian dollars.
Refunds, returns and stock availability
Non-perishable items can be returned in Mr Raw Organic Shop Online warehouse within one week (with receipt).We cannot offer refunds for fresh products. No perishables can be returned.
Should a product no longer be available between the time of placing your order and the time of delivery, we will contact you by email to offer alternatives. Should you not wish to receive an alternative we will amend the order, and your receipt, prior to delivery.
Privacy policy
Mr Raw Organic Shop Online is committed to protecting customers' privacy and ensuring that all transactions are processed with utmost security. Mr Raw Organic Shop Online does not store any credit/debit card information on its servers or database, all details will be processed to the payment gateway directly. Personal information will only be asked to ensure efficient processing of your order and will be saved in a secure database. Mr Raw Organic Shop Online does not sell, trade, or rent any personal information to outside parties unless otherwise compelled by the law.
The security and privacy of your personal information is very important to us. We recognize that security is a major concern among on-line shoppers, and thus we employ state-of-the-art data encryption technology to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once received.
Customer Information
Other personal data; such as your login details, home address, e-mail and billing information, are stored in a highly secure systems to ensure that all information you provide us with remains fully protected. Only those with proper authorization can view this data.
